Labcorp's payment page does not work with a VPN
I ran into a frustrating issue while trying to pay a bill on Labcorp's patient portal. The payment page loaded, but the Next button was missing, so there was no way to continue.
The site did not display an error or warn me that my VPN connection was the problem. It simply looked like the page was broken. After I disabled the VPN and reloaded the page, the Next button appeared and the payment flow worked normally.
It seems that Labcorp blocks or does not fully support VPN connections on its payment page. If a VPN prevents the checkout flow from working, the site should say so clearly instead of silently hiding a required button.
